Statuses below are the real statuses used by the Kalmori platform.

| Draft | Not yet submitted. Private to you. | Finish and submit. |
| Pending Review / Under Review | Kalmori is reviewing the release. Editing is locked. | Wait — typically 24–48 hours. |
| Needs Action | Kalmori needs you to correct or confirm something. | Open the release, click Edit, fix the items, resubmit. |
| Resubmitted | You have resubmitted after corrections. | Wait for the follow-up review. |
| Approved | Approved for the next distribution stage. | Nothing — processing begins. |
| Distributing / Processing | Being prepared and delivered to platforms. | Wait for stores to process. |
| Live / Distributed | Kalmori has confirmed the release reached its live state. | Share your links. |
| Rejected | The release cannot be distributed as submitted. The reason is shown. | Read the reason; if resolvable, edit and resubmit. |
| Taken Down | The release has been removed from distribution. | Contact Support if unexpected. |
