Needs Action does not mean your release has been rejected. It means Kalmori needs you to correct or confirm something before the release can continue.
What to do
- Open the release from My Releases.
- Read every correction item — each one says exactly what to change.
- Click Edit.
- Correct the requested information (and answer any question asked).
- Review the release summary again.
- Resubmit the same release.
Common reasons
- Incorrect or non-compliant artwork
- Missing artist information
- Incorrect track title or version information
- Missing songwriter or producer credit
- Audio technical problem (clipping, silence, cut off)
- Audio not stereo
- Incorrect audio file attached
- Incorrect language
- Invalid or conflicting ISRC
- Incorrect UPC
- Copyright concern
- AI information incomplete
- Voice authorization required
- Store eligibility issue
- Missing release information
