Kalmori Music helps artists, producers and labels prepare and distribute releases to supported digital music services. Here is the process end to end.
- Create your release in the wizard.
- Enter release information — title, artist, genre, language, label, dates.
- Upload artwork that meets the artwork requirements.
- Upload audio for every track.
- Enter track metadata — titles, versions, language, explicit flag, lyrics.
- Add artists and contributors — writers, producers, performers.
- Complete the rights and AI declarations.
- Select stores and territories where available.
- Review the complete release on the Summary step.
- Submit it to Kalmori Music.
- Kalmori performs a quality and compliance review.
- If corrections are required, you receive a Needs Action request.
- You make the corrections and resubmit the SAME release.
- Once approved, the release enters distribution processing.
- Kalmori tracks the distribution status as platforms process the delivery.
- Once confirmed live, the release is shown as Live / Distributed.
Important:
Important: Never create another release to correct an existing submission. Edit and resubmit the release that was returned to you.
