Most correction requests are avoidable. Work through this checklist before you press Submit — it mirrors what the Kalmori review team checks.
Before You Submit
- Artist names are spelled exactly as they appear on your existing profiles
- Release title and version are correct
- Track titles and versions are correct
- The correct audio file is attached to each track
- Audio meets Kalmori's technical requirements (stereo, full length, no clipping)
- Artwork is square, at least 3000 × 3000 pixels and free of prohibited text
- Songwriters have been entered for every track
- Producers and other contributors are entered
- Explicit-content information is correct for each track
- ℗ and © lines and label/imprint are correct
- ISRC information is correct (or left for Kalmori to assign)
- UPC information is correct (or left for Kalmori to assign)
- Release date leaves enough lead time (minimum 2 weeks, ideally 3–4)
- Store and territory selection is correct
- AI disclosure is complete for the release and every track
- Rights declarations are accurate
- You have reviewed the entire release summary
Always review your complete release carefully before submitting it to Kalmori Music.

Important: If Kalmori requests a correction after submission, edit and resubmit the same release. Never create a duplicate.
