A takedown removes a release from the platforms it was delivered to.
Requesting a takedown
Contact Kalmori Music Support from the Support page with the release title and UPC. The team confirms the request and processes the removal. Platforms remove content on their own schedules — typically within a few business days.
What happens
- The release status becomes Taken Down.
- Streams stop, and reported royalties up to the removal date are still paid.
- The ISRCs and UPC stay associated with the recordings; do not reuse them for different content.
Re-releasing later
You can distribute the same recordings again with their original ISRCs. If the same product is coming back, keep the UPC too so platforms can match it.
