While the release is a Draft, Needs Action or Rejected
Open the track in the release editor and upload a new file. The old file is replaced and the duration and format are re-detected.
While the release is under review
Editing is locked. Wait for the review outcome; if the audio needs replacing, Kalmori will send a Needs Action request that unlocks the release.
After approval or once live
Audio changes affect what platforms have already received. Contact Kalmori Music Support: an approved change is redelivered and the track is marked pending until the new file has gone through review.
Warning:
Warning: Replacing audio does not change the ISRC. If the new file is a different recording (a new mix or version), it needs its own ISRC and should be a separate track.
