Whatever software you use, the export (bounce/render) settings are similar.
- Set the export range to the exact song — first sound to the natural end (include the reverb tail).
- Choose WAV, stereo, 44.1 kHz (or session rate), 24-bit or 16-bit with dither.
- Turn off normalisation and any "MP3 preview" options.
- Make sure the master bus limiter ceiling is below 0 dBFS (commonly −1 dBTP).
- Render, then play the file back from start to end before uploading.
Naming
Name the file clearly — Artist - Title (Version).wav — so the right file is attached to the right track.
