Platforms, rights-management systems and collecting societies increasingly have specific rules for AI-generated content. Kalmori collects an AI disclosure so that:
- releases are delivered in line with each platform's policy;
- Content ID and rights-management enrolment decisions are made correctly;
- releases involving another person's voice or likeness are checked for authorization;
- your rights declarations are documented if a dispute ever arises.
What happens with the information
- Kalmori's review team uses it during compliance review.
- Serious rights concerns — for example an unauthorized voice clone — may place the release on a compliance hold until the issue is resolved.
- Documentation you upload (licences, authorizations) is private. It is never displayed publicly or delivered to stores as content.
Being accurate protects you. An inaccurate declaration can cause a release to be pulled later.
