Voice authorization is required whenever a recording uses AI to reproduce or imitate a real person's voice or identity who is not you.
What to provide
- The person's name.
- Confirmation that you have permission.
- On request, the written authorization (signed release or agreement). Upload it in the rights-documents area of the release — it stays private and is only used by Kalmori's compliance team.
What happens without it
Kalmori cannot distribute a recording that imitates a real person without authorization. The release is placed on compliance hold until documentation is provided, or the vocal is replaced.
